This Privacy Policy describes how Levare Digital ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Learnfolio mobile application ("the App"). By using Learnfolio, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Children's profiles, including names and ages you choose to enter
Learning records, skill assessments, and portfolio content you create
Photos, documents, and other files you upload to the App
Messages or content you share with Ivy, our AI companion

We also collect certain information automatically when you use the App, including:

Device information such as device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
Usage data such as features accessed, time spent in the App, and interaction patterns
Crash reports and performance data to help us improve the App

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Learnfolio app and its features
Power Ivy's AI companion responses, using your family context to personalize guidance

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your personal information or your children's information to train AI models or for advertising purposes.

Children's Privacy

Learnfolio is designed for use by parents and guardians who create profiles for their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. All children's data within the App is entered and managed by the parent or guardian account holder.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete such information.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers: We work with third-party companies that help us operate the App, such as cloud hosting and authentication providers. These providers are contractually required to keep your information confidential and use it only to provide services to us.
AI services: Content you share with Ivy may be processed by a third-party AI provider to generate responses. This content is not used to train AI models beyond what is disclosed in the relevant provider's data use policies.
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
Business transfers: If Levare Digital is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use encryption in transit and at rest, and we limit access to your personal information to employees and service providers who need it to operate the App.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Learnfolio account.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

Access and correction: You may view and update your account information at any time within the App.
Data export: You may request an export of your data through the App's Privacy & Security settings.
Deletion: You may delete your account at any time from within the App. This will permanently remove your data from our systems, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Opt-out of communications: You may opt out of non-essential communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

Third-Party Services
